How do I access MY ORDERS?

You can access orders by clicking on the “My Orders” quick link on your home page, or in the navigation from your account dropdown.

Can I look up orders by Dealer?

Yes. In the top right corner of your screen is a field for Dealer. You may type to search or select a dealer from the dropdown menu.

Can I search by PO or Order Number?

Yes. In the “Lookup By” field you have the option to enter PO or order number.

Can I see all orders based on Order Status?

Yes. From the “Order Status” dropdown, select the preferred status to display relevant information.

I'm looking for an order from a specific date or date range.

In the Date Range field, you can specify key dates. Alternatively, you can click on the arrow icon to filter by a variety of pre-specified ranges.

Can I sort my orders?

Yes. In the “Sort Orders By” menu, you can choose from order date or purchase order.

I see I can download some documents but not all. What do the document icons mean?

Located at the bottom of your orders page and every Order Details page is a legend that explains the Download Icons. Please note, documents are being added to the partner portal in phases. Currently documents are available for Architectural Solutions orders, with Contract Interiors coming soon.

What do all these Status Terms mean?

Located at the bottom of your orders page and every Order Details page is a legend that explains Order/Line Status Terminology.

Where do I find order details?

Simply click on any line item and you will be redirected to an Order Details page.

How do I know if my SPIFF was applied?

On the Order Details page, you can locate this information under the “Commission Breakdown” heading.

Is there another way to view my line items?

Yes. To the far right of the Line Items row, you can toggle between a list view or a tag view.

I see my kit on the Line Items Row, but how do I see everything that's in it?

For items such as kits, you can view all components by going to the Description column and looking for the “+ Expand Kit”. To minimize, click on Collapse Kit.

What happens to my Order Acknowledgement if there's been a change?

Updated Order Acknowledgements will replace previous versions of order acknowledgements once available. Please allow 1 business day or contact customer service if you do not see the refresh.

How often does the Order Status get refreshed?

Please allow up to 90 minutes for this new information to get updated.

I've timed out. What do I do?

For security purposes, the portal requires a re-login after 45 minutes.

Is the Fellowes Partner Portal mobile-enabled?

Yes. You can access the partner portal on any mobile device including smartphones and tablets.

Can I reset my password?

Yes. Via the “Account” quick link or the navigation, you can access your account information and reset your password anytime.

Will I be able to download images?

Yes. You can access images in the Resources within the Partner Portal. For your convenience, Resources can be found in 3 places (1) the main navigation, (2) within any of the mega-category dropdowns, or (3) as a quick link. Choose the “photography” repository. Images are available to download as png, jpeg or original.

I need to access design forms. Do you plan to add these to the Partner Portal?

We have designated “Design Forms” as a quick link. Here you will find both the standard design form and the AP version for modular walls.

Where can I find idea starters and surface materials?

There are two ways you can access idea starters or surface materials: (1) Under the category by product via the main navigation or, (2) Under Resources, select the “surface materials” repository.

Can I order literature through the Partner Portal?

Yes. Click on the “Order Literature” quick link to access the legacy ordering site.
